Tom Vicarel is a 22 year veteran of the incentive/performance improvement industry, his career spanning a progression of sales and management positions with BI, the business improvement company headquartered in Edina, Minnesota. Prior to BI, Tom held sales and sales management positions with Technicare and Xerox Corporation. Tom is currently Vice President of BI’s Great Lakes Region, where his responsibilities include the management of the overall regional sales team and the clients they all serve.
Tom has a passion for ministry in the workplace! He provides leadership and direction to a vibrant Prayer Team ministry at BI to which God has drawn nearly 200 active participants.
A lifetime resident of Northeastern Ohio, Tom graduated Kent State University with a BBA in Marketing in 1978. At KSU he met his wife Terri, and they are fast approaching their 30th wedding anniversary! They have 3 children: Matt 23, Adam 20, and Emily 18.
He has been a frequent speaker, facilitator and leader of men’s events and outreach programs. He is a 15 year member of Bay Presbyterian Church in Bay Village, Ohio where he led the congregation’s Men’s Ministry for nearly 10 years.
Tom has a message to encourage and empower all who desire to live and share their faith outside the walls of their church sanctuary…to be the face of Jesus in a mission field right outside your office door!
